“ Ckn tikka biryani, tandoori roti were quite ok. Trisuli ko Macha utterly impressed. Marinated sea bass was fatty and flavourful, and the punchy tomato sauce worked perfectly. This was excellent Chana masala was quite good too, good depth. Momos were dense but quite plain. Cheese naan was terrible, very soggy. The overall standard is possibly the best Indian I've had in Scotland so far. Will be back to check out more of their curries to give a better judgement ”
“ THE BEST CURRY WE HAVE EVER HAD! DELICIOUS!!! My husband and I just ate here for a late lunch, we ate everything off of our plates. We had butter chicken, aloo gobi, and garlic naan, all cooked to perfection and bursting with flavors. We are so thrilled my client from the US who is originally from Scotland recommended this place to us. It is by far the best curry we have ever had in our lives, and that is saying a lot because we’ve been to numerous Indian curry restaurants around the world, as world travelers. The owner is also very attentive, personable, kind, and friendly. He is from Nepal and you can tell he is proud of his country, as you can see a picture of the huge painting on his restaurant wall! We will be visiting nepal next year! His employees were also very friendly and I got to meet the chef! Thank you thank you thank you Everest! We will be back at least one more time before we leave in 5 more days! ”
